Yes, and Brent Barry used to make granny shots for free throws and was 92% accurate.
But again. human kinesiology tells us that there are certain movements our body makes that are 'natural', and there are those that aren't. I couldn't care less about your shoes. Just lookin' out for the long term health of yer body mate.
I know a kid who used to have similar troubles with shoes. he used duct tape. *shruG*....
