Is the router set up correctly for your ISP? I mean, some of the finer settings like MTU? If you can test it with a laptop or wireless smartphone etc. It would be a big help.

You only get data in if you request it:
You only get inbound packets if you have sent outbound request packets.
Looks like something is injecting data on your PC, but even so it's very strange...
Try using
Ethereal to sniff all internet activity...

Also, i would try and reset the router to default settings and re-configure it again (you need the ethernet cable to do this, can't do it wirelessly)
