Im in london, Harrow.

I dont have much work experience to back me up but these are the ones that might come handy:

Crowd Safety at twickenham Rugby stadium and earl's court concerts: Involved body search, which meant dealing with hundreds of people in matter of 2/3 hours... so I learnt a few manners on how to deal with different types of people and how deal with difficult situations.

Britannia Building Society: 2 weeks work experience from school, which involved answering the phone, dealing with customers in the branch and other administration stuff..

Other customer service experience includes taking orders for a pizza shop..

And thats about it, thats all I have ever worked.

Any further help will be much appreciated.

I wouldn't worry about it too much mate. I went to an interview with Orange in Oxford Street and some fat grease ball knobend manager interviewed me by just reading off a question sheet. Its not a proper interview at all. They cancelled once when i was half way upto London and then this idiot tried to cancel again. After seeing how the manager was interviewing i became well disillusioned with it all and walked out.

OK, I got the call and interview only lasted 2 minutes

The first question was whether I was a student and how many hours a week I studied and whether I was available to work for 30 hours a week.. I didnt answer with a straight No, tried to explain I would be available couple of days during the week and both days on the weekend but they expect me to work 4 days during the week!! Ahhh!!

I've never prepared myself for anything not even exams as much as I prepared for this interview. Special thanks to the people that helped me out on this forum..

I tried to force on the interview just to see how well I was prepared but It just didnt happen. Oh Well as somebody said theres still O2, three, Vodafone LOL!
