box should arrive today, how do i send the ipod back to them? is it prepaid and which service do i use? thanks

Box is dropped off then you put it in and ring the number in the instruction booklet and arrange a time for it to be picked up, postage is already paid. Well it was when i returned a macbook.

They don't do brand new sealed. It will just be a new ipod in a brown box, you get no accessories or retail packaging.
