thanks for this mail..
i had a normal sandisk 4 gb card .... but it had problems like delay in video start and delay in video recording but no other problems....
so i thought of getting ultra II card but going by your opinion i should just wait for some more time a faster card comes out...
sorry to ask this but is your card an original one or do you doubt its authenticity

i wonder if there's a read/write speed comparison out there for these cards. the CF cards for my digicam easily have these specs, but i never see them displayed for the memory sticks.

Its the phone thats the problem not the memory card.
i have a standard speed 4GB sandisk pro duo in my P990i and have experienced major lag issues when trying to play video files on it.
However using the same card in my sony PSP it has no such problems playing back MP4 movies of any size .

But i dont think its the card thats the problem. Im hoping that it is the f/m so it can be fixed

i suspect it's the card speed. taking films and pix on the stock stick was lag-free. but doing so on the 4gb stick is full of lag- taking simple pictures and sound mis-sync in vids.
