GRR! Nobody is anwering the phone so i have sent an email threatening trading standards lol, always seems to work. Hopefully they will do something today if not a snotty letter may be on the cards. So not impressed with this.

Have sent them another emailing threatening to sue also, that was sent last night. Guess i will wait and see what happens.....
They did'nt mention it would be so difficult in cancelling when i joined grrrrr

These clowns just get worse and worse, still no reply to my email. Oh and i am expected more rentals to be posted out today. They have posted me the following dvd:
House MD Season 1 Disk 3
Such a shame it isn't actually in my rental queue, wtf is going on with these people, they cannot get anything right. I have the second season in the queue but not that one.

looks like i go out of screen select just in time! they finally let you cancel online when i left a few months ago, before that it was phone call only!
they were faultless when i used them though, always quick to recieve and send out new films.

Thing is when i go onto my internet banking the only listed direct debit is my gym membership, lovefilm is not listed. Think i will just have to go in tomorrow and see what the deal is.
