I also have a English version P990. Does anyone know where I can get the phone flashed to traditional Chinese version in L.A.?

There are two (2) versions of P990i (yes, "i") sold here in Jakarta, Indonesia :
1. Worldwide Version
2. Singapore Version

The second one (Singapore version) has lunar calendar installed and has the chinese character input, but there some reports of crash and cannot be updated or flashed to worldwide version.
To identify which version you bought, just check in the box if something like xxxx/145 is written, it is world wide version, otherwise is Singapore one (I forgot the number of this one).

@ devil.

I've got a HK model too. I can type T9
When typing, switch language mode by holding on to the # sign. Hold down the * sign while in English mode. That changes the input mode
