Loj. Yeah orange went downhill after i left

time for a letter to bristol i think to get some refund as ive had 2 pay to call them, so i have my w850 available to test. Better still i might send the phone back and join voda. Is their cs any better?

As much as it pains me to say this, I think the customer service at Vodafone is pretty good. Any time I've had a problem they've sorted it out. Calls are answered within a few minutes maximum, Emails responded to within a few hours or so. Better in my experience than O2 and Orange.

I always promsie myself that when my contract is coming up to expire, I'd leave and join someone better (i.e. Vodafone), but as I have an Orange email address which I can access from my phone, I just find the easiest solution is to renew.
Is this stupid? I know I can always join Vodafone and get a Vodafone email address, but its just the hassle of updating all my contacts with my new email address, and then changing all my logins that use my email address for any online accounts that I have.
I need reaffirming that this isn't as much of a hassle as it sounds!! Help!! As I'd love to stick two fingers up to Orange when my contract is coming up to the end!! Or is it easier to just get an email address that isn't from the service provider (i.e Yahoo, Hotmail, Blueyonder, etc..), so I can change networks as I please?
