man you need to better your diet, that's essential. Don't buy the story that eating less of everything is going to get you slim or something. Eat regular, but of the really good things, I myself have allways been a bread lover, I've never been fat, ever. Just heard on the radio some days ago a doctor talkning about how good fibra bread is for body overwheight control. Cheers man, do some google search, I recomend veggies although they may not taste as good as a Snicker bar lol, but are way healthier.

I'm totally NOT in favor on cutting on the FOOD-intake mates! As long as you BURN all those calories - FULLY . . .

Do a looooooot of house chores . . . etc. SEX I guess can make you SLIM . . . just look at ALL of those pornstars (male and females) have you seen any of them - even ONE who is . . . FAT

They are all slim . . .

"sex i guess" - jojo, as you're guessing does this mean you're still waiting for your cherry to be popped?
Eating at regular times is a problem for me as I work shifts, so have a fairly chaotic lifestyle at times, especially as my wife also works shifts! often it's a case of grabbing what food's available, and whatever time's available at work. and when at home, the motivation to cook properly is often low, and with a chip shop 2 mins walk away...

Remember that your body is a machine and NEEDS regularity. It thrives on it. Try to eat regularly. 6 small - medium sized meals a day (and yes, try to stay away from junk). Drink plenty of water. Lots of exercise, but I agree w/ everyone else, stay away from the weights for a bit yet. it'll stunt your growth.
All that's actually been said. Now I'm going to say something you might find obscure, but I'm telling you right now it's important. Sleep. Sufficient regulated sleep patterns will help your body maintain equilibrium. Your body functions at an optimum level when you do this, and will actually help to boost your metabolism.
Bonne chance,

When i was 14, all my mates were doing weights etc, only dumbells every now and again, and their arms got pretty big. To be honest i dont think its worth it. Unless your boxing etc. -and if u aren't boxing, thats a great way to get fitter.

when i was your age, i was about 140-150 pounds, i wasnt big at all, i was pretty skinny, real skinny actually. (i was about your height too). now im 20, im about 5 ft 8-9inches. now i weigh about 200-210 pounds. you will fill out alot. ive gotten alot bigger, and i didnt even realize it until i saw alot of old friends. and i didnt get fat, it was muscle. now that i know ive gotten bigger, i actually started working out 4 times a week, for a little over an hour lifting weights and all 4 days. its not too bad, im still trying to get that 6 pack though!
but for your age, all i can say is lift weights and all. your eating habits wont do much becuase your metabolism is still pretty fast.

Fruits and Vegetables are a good snack. And doing pushups, sit-ups and leg lifts are good for toning up. Just start slow and build up over time on reps. Running is also good just remember to stretch before and after excercising. Good luck and have fun with it.

You're still young and still have a lot of years to grow so I wouldn't recommend lifting weights now, instead do a lot of cardio exercises or engage in sports. Avoid junk food and eat just enough food (don't sretch your stomach by overeating). Rest well after a good exercise.
