> How to play videos on P990 ?

Because,
PQ dvd converter allows you to view/fast forward the file and select a specific start point rather than have to rip the whole file...
rips dvds direct from the drive or any section on the dvd you choose
No settings to adjust for ipod/m600
user friendly for those who are not so technically minded

Mpegable is not bad either, can do whatever part of the clip you like and you can make the screen change formats like 4.3 to 16.9 etc.

there are various posts on this issue. use SM Pro and close the Media player.
So just navigate to the Media player, select the Video. Then Using SM Pro, kill the Media player. Then within SMPro choose the Video to return and selct your movies.

Most videos i have only take 20 secs max to star playing...never got one that took 2 minutes...
I think it depens of what encoding method/settings were used

Many videos i have are Tv series/Episodes which last for around 25-30 minutes, and it takes around 15-25 seconds for them to start each time which is not bad.

Someone posted a hack so that the videos don't take that long to load. I think it was posted in my video encoding thread. Had something to do with adding a black frame or something in the beginning of the video fooling the phone to start the playback or something. Let me go look.
