Same. I've now got a war with this ebayer.

He left a neg. feedback in repsonse to mine and filed a buyer dispute saying I never paid.

Getting this guy shutdown - no doubt.

Follow the steps in the link I posted.

Get Ebay & Paypal involved.

Report it to Sony etc.

What seller is it so everybody else can avoid this person?

gur_man

visit www.4gbms.blogspot.com for more info (fake pictures etc).

I've done all the ebay steps and prevented 1 person from buying the item. Paid via bank transfer so I can't use paypal (i can't risk getting my paypal shutdown anyway, it's my revenue source).

Will look around sony.com to see if I can find a way to report it.

I like the way they wont take Paypal payments, I wonder why that is.

No Paypal protection so getting your money back is going to be hard.

The guide I posted above ahs a link to reporting a fake card to Sony in it near the bottom of the page.

But that only lets you send the product to sony (I may need it for ebay) or ring them up (which isn't free).

Couldn't find any email stuff on their site, just phone calls.
