Well apparently the J300 had a very cramped keypad, and so the J230 is about the same. The J200/210/220 share a similar keypad to the K300, so it shouldn't be too bad. But the thing is, I hear the reliability of those phones are horrible, so don't go near them. They become unresponsive etc.

I'd go get the K300/310/320 if they are as good as some people say.

My best bet would be the Z520. That has a wonderful keypad. Large and responsive. One of the best made by SE.
