upgrade from 90 to 65??

doesnt seem like much of an upgrade to me..

im guessing up means the number should go up?

@Fatreg, if you upgrade in the semiconductor industry, the numbers go smaller.
I work in a clean room that makes these sorts of chips, and believe me, 90nm is bad, but 65nm is going to be really bad.
