Hiss is removable with an updated audio driver, I believe. Check out SE-NSE and PhoneXS.

Imo a certain hiss is usually there,but w810 is a fone,not a b&o music center...

@BobaFett, it is said that older firmwares did not have the hiss, which came along with an update to fix a sound distortion problem.
I hope they will fix it soon.

Mine also has the latest firmware and i havent noticed any hissing even though i always listen to music at full volume. Any hissing i do hear is generally because of the lower quality mp3 file.
