That's a K800 photo, just from the lens distortion around the corners of the photos and just the general lack of depth. Still, yes, it is a very good photo for a camera phone, and it shows you how far camera phones can get.
Still, I still believe it is physically very difficult for phones to measure up to their bigger brothers in terms of photo quality.

Exif, you pointed out that it was a Camera Phone image.
Athlon & Exif, could I send you both an image and have it certified as a photo which was taken by my NOKIA 6265 Camera Phone?
Esato's "IT" software can not identify my NOKIA6265 photos as photos which were taken by my Camera Phone! This is baffling!
Jojo has given me a lot of support!
