@ JoJo, no, my K800i is doing fine

.
I saw this tip on a Dutch phone-forum, in which I'm active as a moderator.

@ JoJo, yes, but only as a hobby, we're a team of nine mods, they're all studying or have a job.
Now back on-topic : software-problems are always the first one thinks of, when something like this happens, but we don't know whether this phone is branded, has been unbranded, or is generic unbranded, and we don't know its software-version.
A corrupt memory-card can cause problems, too.
As he still has warranty, Lee should bring his phone asap to the shop, he bought it from.

@lee - If removing the batt and making a master reset will not work . . . I guess it's time to return the unit pal

If all the suggestion does not work. Bring your phone to service centre for full reflash ASAP! Some part of its software must be corrupt.

Edit: Tried master resetting... didn't work.
It's 3G branded, and I don't have another 3G SIM ard to master reset. With other sim cards in place though, the phone doesnt reset.. The 3G SIM card doesnt work on my unlocked 750i so I can't check if it's the SIM card.
Regarding the Service Centre... should I just try and update my software?
There's nothing on the internal memory anymore... it's practically empty @ 66.9MB free.
I left it for 12 hours and it didn't work.
Software version: R1CD001 (3G specific)

12 hours is not long enough, you should take battery, simcard and mem.card at least 24 hours out.

Ok, thanks.
I've rang 3 and they're going to pick it up on the 2nd January. Enough time to give it a rest to see if it works.

As you have warranty, its the best thing, to let 3 solve the problem.
