ye i like the western digital one aswell. Im going to trasfer all my music and other files i need from my internal HDD to the new external one. then reformat and do a fresh install on the internal HDD. im then going to install all software onto the external harddrive.
That sound ok you recon?

for any programs you use alot id install them onto the windows disk too.... just dont bother installing games on it tho

80 is fine..... iused to ruin windows off a 60gig with no problems..... at the moment im running it off a 30gig (as ive partitioned my hdd and have xp pro on teh one and vista on the other half....) although it was definatly better when i didnt have a partition with vista on it

i guess it would be, but being as i only (shamefully) have 512 of ram it dont really run well enough for me to use it very often..... its like whne xp first came out and you tried running it with 64/128 meg of ram.......
but some of the features etc look very good.....
gonna do some upgrading but holding back till quad-core etc comes out..... should see prices plumet even more then on dual core chips etc
fancy getting more ram but being as i bouhgt cheapy nasty stuff ages ago its almost impossible to match now and i dont really want anymore pc bits lying around.....
is call of duty 2 any good then mate? i only ever play counterstike these days

i think call of duty 2 is the best game ever made! especially on online multi-player! its weird though as i can play the multi-player fine with no jumping or lag but when it comes to playing the single player campaign everything buggers up! not sure why
