This pc suite is a pain in the a*s. Sometimes it works just fine and sometimes after rebooting just stops working with stupid error messages. I would suspect something in the startup sequence is interfering, either stuff from Logitech, Creative or God knows what else. Try Start/Run/msconfig and remove the maximum possible from down there...
