UM whistla you cant advertise that phone as new, simply because its not !!
It just refurbished.

It is advertised as a new refurb and im ok with that and the ebay item specfics says refurb, never had any problem advertising phones in such a way.
Its going good thanks but need this phone to sell at a profit!

Youd actually have to advertise it as refurbed, as the phone is outdated.
Then again its not like im helping anybody.

Keep it up though, you do get rough patches, which should be smoothed out by the good sales.
I've had mixed fortunes with the D500 and it's data ribbon, now the buyer's paid with a Paypal eCheque which apparently won't clear till the 30th! it'll work itself out

Yeah, i will have broken even with the little profit made on postage so not really a loss so far but am not happy as i have seen these phones in worse condition go for much more!
