i found out that you need to make change to thm file to get rid of the animation
have uploaded orbit thm without animation for those who want to try it out

have managed to remove the oval highlight
but is there any way to stop selected icon from moving to some offset compared to unselected icon and also get rid of the shrinking and growing effect
