If the outgoing server isnt right I can't even check my inbox? Because I have the settings above except for the T-mobile server which is (myemail.t-mobile.com) but I cant get it's Ip because It redirects me to the main site once i get there. But if the incoming server is right, I still wont be able to see the inbox unless the outgoing is correct too?
I can't even find server when i try to access the t-mobile account which was aready built in the phone. I had to change my wap settings but that was it

If you ping:

myemail.t-mobile.com

You get:

64.85.68.136

So I suppose you could try that IP address.

Hmmm. I must be doing something wrong. I still get the error "server not found" I just tried it on outlook express and it finds the server but it gets an error when testing an email. Is there something other than hotpop that I can use that is just as good? I tried talk21 but after i registered they said that the password i just made was wrong so i gave up. anyway if you know a better one I can set up please let me know it nad maybe uts incomming server's ip address.

Do you not have an ISP E-mail account?

My ISP is ntlworld (broadband) and I have an E-mail account with them which I use on my PC and on my phone. I just get Outlook to leave a copy of the mail on the server for one day, so that if I'm away I can still download my ntl E-mail to my phone but it doesn't download a month's worth of mail, or however long it is since I checked mail, on my phone. I send through the Orange server, and receive through the ntl server. It works perfectly. I think a lot of people think you have to have a totally seperate E-mail address for your phone, but it's much easier having just the one, shared between your PC and your phone. And you just have to set your phone up the same as Outlook, except for the SMTP server which should be your network provider's.

Yea thats what I wated to go but I have Hotmail so I cant access it through POP3, So Anytimenow.com can access hotmail from its pop server so im trying to set that up. I Emailed them asking for their pop server, because I think its unique for each member. But does it make a difference if the outgoing server isnt right? does it have anything to do with the incoming server? like if one is wrong you cnat use the other? T-mobiles incmoing and outgoing server is the same site, Or i didnt give you the correct address.

That's not really what I'm talking about. Hotmail is totally web based mail, not like E-mail that can be collected from your ISP's server and delivered to your PC via Outlook.

Do you have an Internet Service Provider?

If so, which one?

Hi Korova, I have a problem with my pop email, I cant seem to get my emails through my orange wap, dial up conection 07973100500.
But when I use my mviva dial up which is 08450810053, I get all my lycos emails even when I use genie dial up 91500 I get all my mails.
Can you please tell me why I cant use that orange dial up to get my pop box?
Am so surprised because I can use that orange dial for normal wap.
Thanks.

@DREWMARK

I use GPRS to access my ntl mail, and if I need to use GSM I use the ntl 0845 dial-up number.

I have just tried using the Orange WAP dial-up and the Internet one, neither of them were able to connect to the server, probably gateway issues.

My advice is to send orangeman a private message and ask him, he always helps me out.
