Well, I don't really see why you can connect with ad-hoc, but that clearly is the reason why you're not getting internet access after connecting...

but with infrastucture it always always always tell me : "Connections is impossibile!!!"

this is trivial, but worth asking.I see that you connected to a router (by the IP).
Can your computer get to the internet?!
The phone connects just fine, but it won't tell you if your router has access to the net.

Did you just try to open the WLAN and do a search? When you found the router, did the phone ask you to setup a new account? The follow the steps. On mine I have set it up as infra structure, with open authentication and WEP security.

I read that, but you even getting connected with ad-hoc is another ERROR, it's NOT right.
The real problem is most probably one of these things:
1. You're trying to connect to a 802.11g-only network, which P990 doesn't support.
2. You're too far away from the access point/hotspot. (What are the signal strength bars showing? I've experienced the same "impossible" message when trying to connect to a network with bad signal (only one bar).)
3. The access point isn't following the standard correctly. This could, for example, cause the phone to not show the padlock (even if the network is encrypted) or simply not work together with the p990.
4. The network has MAC address filtering. If this is the case, you're at a loss. What it means is that the network, even though it might not be encrypted, won't allow any unknown client (such as your phone) to connect. Every WLAN chip (LAN chips too), has a fixed MAC address (like an IP address, but it will never change).

Have you tried more than one network, or even networks you know you can connect to using other devices?

Ad-hoc is most probably not the right thing here... Ad-hoc is connections between phone and phone, computer to phone etc. That is, without an access point/hotspot, and every device in such a net talks directly to all the other ones.
When you connect to hotspots, you shouldn't need to create an account, just scan, select the network and press the two green arrows. If there is a lock in the right side of the screen on the line of the selected network, it needs some kind of crypto-key. That might be the reason why you can't connect through infrastructure.
In any case, connecting with ad-hoc to a hotspot will (in almost ALL cases) NOT work.

Yup. I just figured out tonight why I was unable to browse through WLAN after trying multiple settings but unsuccessful. It turned out that the phone did not need any additional set-up to browse through WLAN and the default setting is suffice. It's just a matter of enabling WLAN and scanning for the available free connection.

Here is the post that I just posted and hope this would help.

@scroitoru : When you found the router, did the phone ask you to setup a new account?
No, except when there is che lockpad but in that case with justice it don't connect

@firetech :
I have tried with at least 30/40 various points, is it possible that they had all not good characteristics ? mmmm...the only one in common was only one bar...

@tindo196 : I have tried but it does not work
