Have you install SE750i PC Suite software from the CD that comes with your phone?
Pls do so if you have not done so.
Then, you've to visit sonyericsson's website, goto to Support, then select phone model : K750i, goto Software downloads and d/load the K750 USB drivers.
Then follow the instructions...
Sony Ericsson D750/K750 USB drivers
Download and install the USB drivers and you'll be able to set up a communication link between your PC and phone via the USB cable.
Installation instructions
1. Download the zip file to your computer. Remember where you put it.
2. Unzip the file to a temporary folder.
3. Connect your D750/K750 to the PC using the USB cable. This will initiate the Windows Found New hardware wizard to be used during the installation.
4. Follow the instructions in the wizard, and choose to “Install from a list ..”, press “Next”.
5. Browse to the temporary folder created under step 2 above to point to the driver to install and press “Next”.
6. When the driver is installed, press “Finish".
Note! The wizard will start 5 times; browse to the temporary folder created in step 2 above each time.
As long as those drivers are NOT installed.. you'll get that message.
