Not being too much of a steak-lover, i would prefer it well done. Even a little bit of over-cooking would be nice.. Man, i want to have a big plate of steak, with some spicy sauce, and i want it now!
Thanks folks, for making it occur to me, how am i gonna go to sleep now that i have this on my mind??

For me it has to be a 16oz thick sirloin served medium rare. It has to be cooked on the ouside but red on the inside.

I felt a bit ill after reading this thread
Runny red juices coming from any meat sounds a no-go. Meat can be pink but not runny.
Rib-eye steak is one of my favourites - the type that has the central piece of bone with big tender chunks of meat hanging from it. Mmmmmm - with Mashed potato and lots of greervee.
