So this is free only for those on contract right?

However on the link you gave, it doesn't say Customer Services is free

but I trust you guys anyway lol

i work in a call centre part time and i know that you only start paying once the call is conected, so no charges for w8in for them to pick up
not 100% with 02 though , but i think it is the law with premium rate

I think that would apply to P+G in this case or (maybe) if you run out of free minutes on contract
