I have re update my fw and now the headphones work fine...the only thing is that it does not always show the titles of the songs but I still think that they are fakes even if not of the worst quality.

In every single detail this pair from the first one I bought on ebay the difference is huge... I wish I could have compaired them side by side since the beginning.
obviously now no problems at all with w950i..
