just an update
Your item, posted on 22/02/07 with reference LY161594036GB has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
that was fast so will be in your hands in a day or 2 maybe.
thanks

Me- Sent: 2007-02-24 18:05
let me know if everything is ok on your end as haven't seen you on in a while and received no reply to the tracking info i gave you a few days ago for blackberry.
thanks

so with no reply i'm beginning to wonder what does a guy want with a locked to orange k800i that he cannot seem to get unlocked and use in usa? and likewise a blackberry which is locked to orange and cannot seem to be used in the usa?

i hope everything turns out fine and the trade happens but i highly doubt it as i would have been contacted by now.

its a tough one as blocked fones in the UK will still work anywhere else in the world...

Only thing i can recommend is not to trade with overseas buyers as there is no way to block them if they go missin!

imho i dont think there is nethin else u could do.

thought i would bump this seen as he has shown himself on the forum once again claiming that i never sent phone and giving me negative in a-z thread.

all the proof is posted in here that i have been conned into sending a phone and getting nothing in return.

i don't like liars and thats exactly what mr. pkimshk is. i could call him plenty of other things but liar seems friendly enough for a public forum.

Can you not claim mail theft in U.S. or something like that?

ok, here's my 2 pence worth. seeing these threads more and more where some people side one way and some the other but I was the one that first dealt with peter first on here.
I know different situations create different outcomes but I had great experience, he even posted way before me. like reg said I got stung on postage but that was probably more my inexperience! the reason peter had k800 locked on orange was that he was under impression it could be unlocked although I'd advised otherwise. I know how I'd react after a day without contact so don't think you're in wrong but I was able to trust him
