Here's where I found the "Summer" setting on the P990. Tools>Control Panel>Other>Setup Wizard. It still does not solve my problem. During the four week early DST period Starting on March 11, all of my P990 calendar events are one hour earlier than in my outlook calendar. In fact when I connect my phone to my computer, the time changes one hour earlier than the setting I inserted on the phone. Something is happening that I don't understand. I did install the update for Outlook and Windows as recommended. Maybe that's the problem. I even did a master reset and the subsequent synch did not resolve the problem. Even if I change the appointment in my P990, the event in my outlook moves one hour ahead. Confused!!

I forgot to mention that the calendar changes are synched properly in April 2007 when previous Daylight Saving Times were scheduled. The problem is only during the four month early period (March).

Still experiencing exactly same scenario as 2 posts above even after earlier suggestions in this thread. I really hope I won't have to wait 2 weeks for things to work out...

I changed the time zone to EST, and all the appointments lined up in my P990.
And no changes were applied to the Outlook appointments, so I am good.

I used to find that with Cingular they would change the timezone on their network rather than the DST, which used to reak havoc with my appointments scheduled on my P910 and T616. My suggestion to everyone on Cingular is make sure this isn't happening, if it is, manage your DST settings on your phone yourself.
