K810i is just a slightly improved K800i, like T630 compared to T610, W810 compared to W800, etc. If Iwere to bui a new one, I would choose K810i instead of K800i, since it's a slightly newer model, but since I already own a K800i, the difference does not motivate a purchase of a K810i. As with previous upgraded models (K750/W800) it might maybe be possible to upgrade the firmware in the K800i to K810i in a near future, who knows?

The major difference, though, in my opinion, is the improved design of the lens cover, which probably is not as easily opened by mistake on the K810.

The biggest difference is in the end INSIDE the phones, or at least shld be. But do hope that k810's keypad & joystick are much better than k800's, which are a disaster & abt to give SE a bad name! O'wise we've been "in a booring trend" quite long now, with "follow up"-models looking VERY MUCH the same as the previous ones! Especially SE has this policy. BUT after all, MANY of their competitors have began to DO THE SAME, and also RELEASING MODELS that MANY TIMES are very much "SE-look-alike" - so../Matt

I never had any problem yet with my K800. 90% satisfied with it. The next 10% if only it has better batt and bigger LCD. Also if it is HSDPA then it will be even better.

I like the K810. IMO the keypad is better, which was a turnoff for me in K800.

Its not the only time SE have done it, look at the W700 and the W800.
