I reckon the K550 is better, maybe not camera (slightly worse), but otherwise is better.
It's also got the newer interface capable of running 3 Java apps at once.

i'd go for the w810 as it has megabass. the k550 looks good, AF and an enhanced flash light but no megabass. both are 2mp camera phones.
