I think built in player is the best for hi-fi music. But sound is not as good as W800. If you like better sound than u may wanna try to compress your mp3 to 192 Kbps or even 256 kbps. You will get much better sound. People usually compress it to 128kbps so sound quality rather low. try to use audiograbber it's one of the best mp3 converter and it's free
