n80 is a nightmare, thats right, but take a look at n73, she should test it on her own

I quite like smart phones, and have had a few but the N80 just kept freezing on sending texts, I spoke to some other people who have it and they have the same thing (I did think my wife was doing something wrong, but seems it wasn't her after all

n80 is useless, mainly cos of crap battery. so she shouldnt judge to eraly imo, she tasted just a slice of the tasty nokia symbian cake and that one was sour

fone models have problems during it's initial release . . . since the Z610 is an OLD model now, been OUT for some months to date . . . so, I guess the ones sold out in the market are truble-free . . . better yet get ONE that has a WARRANTY on it . . . Good Luck !

It is a more fun phone she wants, provided it makes the odd call, is good for texting and has a camera, then that should do it. I left SE for quite while and played with the SPV and smartphone (much easier to use than Symbian phones IMO)
Recently came back with the W850i and love it, it is so simple to intuitive to use. Plus it works a treat with the Seat factory fit bluetooth kit.
I think the wife was trying to prove that she had a better phone than me with the N80 but now want to try a more simple phone that does what its supposed to do
