i had the same problem with my W810, i had to mod the acoustics to get it fixed, but i noticed that most people who had the european version of firmware, even on other SE phones like the W950 and stuff, were having the same extremely low call volume problem, < could u guys check and see if you have the european CDA version, apparently it has something to do with some european legislation limiting the output volume or sumthing, Anyway if im right u can change ur CDA through KULANKENDI and then flash your firmware via SEUS, which should fix the problem, i do have a couple of credits if anyone wants some, jus PM me
