My best complaint was to Vodafone a few weeks back. I called their customer services complaining about the transmitters in my area were down (one shut down, the other on low power for maintenance) and after about 5 mins of telling them I can't make/receive calls and texts they gave me £5 of free air-time.

best one i had was with a bag of foxes glacier fruits lol...
opened the big bag to find a lot of little bags with individual sweets in it but low and behold 2 of the sweet bags had NO sweets in them so i sent them both back to fox with a comment along the lines of i was shocked an appalled this could happen and it ruined my enjoyment of the sweets which i do love!
Received a huge box that contained bout 5 bags of the sweets, biscuits, glacier mints an apology, an explanation and a voucher for £10!!!
Was made up... till i made maself ill that is!

I don't really complain unless i really have too, typically British lol. Working in retail makes me this way i think.
Some of the crap you get in work because people complain about the most insane things ever.
But i do agree on the mini eggs they barely fill the big half full, shame on you caburys.
Congrats!

Last year I called my lawyer a "lazy, chickenshit bitch" - he wasn't happy, but at least he didn't bill me for listening! I regularily complain to vodafone here in Ireland - and funny: everytime you get to talk to the supervisor they give you 10-20 euro bonus credit for "your trouble"...

I complain all the time, Ive had all my upgrades for phones for free by complaining about other tariffs and how much i used to spend on my phone.
Ive had my broadband upgraded to 10mb and a free V+ box and sports plus movies at a massive cut price, Because Virgin media dropped sky 1 and sky sports news. I emailed dominos the other week because it took an hour to phone in an order and got free pizza vouchers through the post.
if your paying for somthing you should be happy with it! If not complain!
