my experiences;
quite fast repair (if all required parts are in stock) usualy ~ 2 weeks
they seem to swap phones more often when problems are comming back / are repeating.
however at the 'service' i'm not that happy. if one is 2 days over it's warranty they don't do a thing. (not even a reduced price of the costs)
nokia doesn't bother reparing a phone which is 2 weeks over it's warranty period.
just be very happy you don't have a broken lg which is the worst when it comes to service/repair
