Indeed BT can be a little bit harsh to new users, but it all works out when you just learn the trick, and that is why we use Esato, right fellahs?

I am not sure about "ericsson software" you are talking about, but if you search you'll find out that some BT adapters can do this after a little tweaking.
Am not sure if there are BT adapters there that can do send/receive out of the box
