progress? friendlier interface for people who can pick their phone easier than they can pick their connector? who knows

anyway, the OP couldn't post any more as we limit the first 2 membership days to 3 posts per day (to stop spammers) but he PM'd me and I suggested picking any phone because SEUS still "detects" anyway. He just PM'd back saying that worked so all is good!

that might work, but i reckon they should get rid of the confusing candybar/flip/etc step first. or make use of a better way to narrow down the models shown. i reckon more users actually know the model number of their phones than those who care to ask if it's candybar/flip/whatnot

Hmm... I don't understand why they need the user to select the model if SEUS is gonna detect it anyway, as masseur has stated. Doesn't seem to make any sense at all, if you ask me.

Yes, the solution is simple:

1. Choose any phone model (whichever is displayed).
2. SEUS will detect your model and will begin installation.

So nothing to worry.

Thanks Masseur!

My problem is that there is nothing available to select when viewing that screen - I'd *like* to upgrade the firmware on my k800i, but it gives me no drop down menus and nothing to select.

Any suggestions?

Oh yea, I'm using v2.7.5.5 and I've already tried reinstalling it.

I dont have a k810i, I have a k800i.

?!

Am I missing something? Ive looked for guides on SEUS, but all I've found is old version guides. SHould I have my phone connected when I run SEUS? Do I connect it at a later point? The support for this software is a joke.

That is the screen I get. Where do I go from here? Clicking on Continue does NOTHING.

SORTED

It turns out I WAS using an old version of Flash, but as I exclusively use Firefox, Adobe kept telling me I had the most up to date version.

For everyone else, you must update Flash via Internet Explorer, not firefox for the acccursed thing to work.
