yep need to have virgin media which i have. usually it costs 20 per month for mobile deal but for existing or new tv customers you get it for 10 quid.
and the 30p per day maximum is for pay and go also. pay monthly internet is free.

why should i have said that in the first place? the deal was for me and i was just asking for a little advice regarding it.
i wasn't giving any info to anybody in order for them to get the deals so sorry about not mentioning that if you wished to actually do the virgin deal you needed the tv package.
