I dont know if anyone knows about this one yet but theres a java program called videomaniac that seems to do this havent although I havent had the chance to mess around with it yet

ok it looks to me for it to work right I have to encode the video on a 90 degree angle in 220 176 resolution so im gonna be trying to figure that out

afaik, 176x220 phones can play 176x144 videos only.

well I guess thats depends on if its a software or hardware limitation. I have managed to play 320 240 videos on my phone it justsqueezes it into the 176 144 area

it looks to me like what im going to have to do is rotate the video on the source file 90 degrees and then encode it in 3gp to 176x220. I just havent figured out how to yet
