I dont know if anyone knows about this one yet but theres a java program called videomaniac that seems to do this havent although I havent had the chance to mess around with it yet

ok it looks to me for it to work right I have to encode the video on a 90 degree angle in 220 176 resolution so im gonna be trying to figure that out

afaik, 176x220 phones can play 176x144 videos only.

well I guess thats depends on if its a software or hardware limitation. I have managed to play 320 240 videos on my phone it justsqueezes it into the 176 144 area
