Same here, data rates aren't that cheap over here, so I prefer to use the gmail app on my K750i to see which email I'd like to view. It works pretty well for me too, I like the interface.

First I used email with my T39m and afterwards with my T68i. I do it seldom, but sometimes it's really good to have a possibility to use email with mobile phone.
One point is text emails. And also it's very good to send little pictures to emails (much cheaper if use MMS).

I worry because my IMAP account is my main e-mail address. IMAP works by keeping the server and client perfectly in sync. If my W810 "altered" my mail in away way, it would really make a mess of everything

Everyday... for business and pleasure..... Nothing like checking in on email on the go. I use it quite frequently thoughout the day.
I'd like to see a

phone with windows mobile. It's nice to open attachments as well as sending, word, excel, powerpoint, pictures, ect.... with windows mobile.

HAH!
I don't even use my smartphone for email
But my girlfriend has used it aswell as her k800i.
Maybe I'm falling behind :S
I hook it up to my laptop and check my email through that.
P990's qwerty pad is lovely for texts and even long texts.
But I don't really like typing for too long with it.
Ok i know that was off topic kind of :S

I also like how Windows reboots itself unexpectedly, makes it seem like your fault, then gives you a cryptic message as to what happened! Yes, I want my

phone to do that regularly

Yes, I send and recieve e-mails on my V630i also on my old V800.
I used to connect my laptop to internet via Z600 and K700i BT connections too, a couple of years ago.
