I also want to know about service centre around in the UK too.

I found my M600i got some dust trapped between the touch screen material and the actual screen inside the handset.

My M600i is only 4 months old and don't know if I am eligible to have it clean up from service centre (which i dont know where exactly is) or O2 (which is my service provider) or mobileshop.com (where i actually ordered my handset from)...

It is always good to know where i could get it fixed so that if my M600i become faulty, I coult get it fix straight away.

One more thing, do these service centre provide firmware upgrading? Some how my computer could not run the SEUS...

One last question. In case I upgraded my firmware via SEUS at home and it start behave weiredly, do service centre providing fixing for it? Would such fixing be included in the limited warrenty? Or could it get a replace from O2 at all if it does happen?

These guys will accept repairs by post.

They are fast and efficient I used them to replace my W950i screen did a good job so I can recommend them.
