I thin Moto Linux is "closed" OS meaning only java prog. It should have the same capability in multi-tasking as the rest of the smartphone OS like S60/WM/UIQ.

Lol indeed i ask myself why i need three phones everyday...still cant answer it properly but cant let go either....decided i'm gonna start slowly let go of one next week to my friend who's nagging me to sell him the w800.later in the year probably upgrade v3x to a t650

It isn't a bad phone, but I'm still skeptical as to whether Moto have cared to make the phone easier to use. Their old menus were horrible.
That large screen on the front looks nice, but I don't think it's that necessary. Moto say that you can do a lot of things with it closed, even compose SMSs, but really, it's a lot easier to just open up the phone. I'm also not a fan of touch sensitive keys. Even with the 'haptic' tech, you can't just skip or pause tracks in your pocket as with normal phones.
