3G is quite useless.
I used it exactly 3 times so far.
For the size of the 3G equipment in the phone than could put something else.Like more RAM or better CPUs.

It's a nice feature, and I've used it a few times, and luckily I get free video minutes anyway, but it does kill your battery very quickly, and thus making the phone hot, therefore making it hard to hold because your hand sweats from the heat lol.

I nearly dropped my 6280 because of that, and it knocked the battery down from about 40% to flat in under 10 minutes of video calling.

my video calls are the same as voice calls. they havent taken off yet because so little phones have it

when you walk into a phone shop very little of the properly mainstream (i.e. really big seller) phones have 3g. I think it will take off, but only if manufacturers can actually be bothered to implement it into all but their VERY basic devices, and can figure out why it takes so much power?
