If you sent it to Custom ICE I wouldnt worry they are a highly reputable company and an authorised SE service centre, When I called about mine it was already on its way back to me, and that was only the second day after I sent it!

lol, i sent it to "K&N Repair Centre Ltd" (the one in the post above) as this is what sony ericsson told me to do

im guessing they have had a very busy day today as i couldnt get through and in the end ran out of credit on skype so could try anymore (i dont like to use my mobile to call people i dont know)

To be honest if my phone was missing I would use 141 and damn the expense!
