Got mine working too.The only problem is when i start up seus,i get no music.And before you ask,my sound is on and not on mute.I even formatted my hard drive,reinstalled windows and the first programme i installed was seus.It works ok but no music.

the new version of seus has no music (don't know why) but it works fine updates all phones ok. nothing is wrong with your computer.

right i done everything you guys said. start my pc put phone in desk stand, wait for it to connect to pc suit then disconnect the usb connection, start seus get the message telling me to power phone of and remove and re-insert battery, so i do it and start again but same message all the time please help.
