Yes i cannot argue with that QVGA, i myself would not PURCHASE a device based on a proto review.
There can be variations in quality either way.

I remember a K750i proto review that exhibited absolutely dreadful picture taking, fortunatly the real thing turned out to be much better!!.

beta or proto, actually bothe are the same in one point. non of them are the ones what we are using atm. i got many /// protos once and there are soemtimes big or less differences in the menu and at features next to the launched pnes. its nice when sy gets from a good connection some for testing, the one who gives the proto or beta and the one who writes an article of it are bothe responseable cos their comment will be reade by many many members who like to have datas and not guesses...
so i rather prefer a later review with weel based infos and comments, instead the "wow, i made it first" but that leads to situations like this
