The camera in the K800i is excellent, and the phone is arguably an excellent all-rounder (except maybe a slightly better media player). I sold my first K800i and immediately regretted it, so ended up buying another! A very nice silver one.
I'm currently playing about with a Samsung D900, lovely looking phone with a lovely screen, but compared to the K800i the camera is very dissapointing - and despite it saying it's got an 'autofocus' lens it doesn't seem to do much autofocussing!
Unless this particular D9's cam broken, of course...
I first came to
with the T610 and loved that phone, it's feel, design, etc., but wasn't a big Ericsson fan, didn't like the T10s I had! Though have since had a T39, a phone ahead of it's time - and maybe one of the first really 'slim' phones!

My first Sony Ericsson was a k750i too, after a horrible experience with Siemens!!!
The reason i love them so much is that everything i where you would expect. The camera is really good, the UI looks really nice and is also well organised, The internal memory was good (especially compared to nokias!) and it felt really solid. And my joystick never broke so i didn't have to worry bout that!!!
Its a shame i'm having to replace it now (got stolen in Austria).
Atm i'm using a nokia 6230i, which is essentially nokias answer to the k750i and it is HORRIBLE!!!! So un-intuitive compared to SE. Can't wait to get rid of it!

The day i got my first SE which was a W800 i fell in love wit SE, i got my W800 as a b-day present instead of an I-POD 30GB VIDEO begining of last year because W800 looked like a great all round package, i didnt need 30GB of space and i was also getting tired of the Nokia 7250i that i had. to this day i dont regret getting that W800 over the i-pod, it was such a great little phone, i then got a W900 August of last year and that just made me fall in love with SE even more,i stil have my W900, unfortunetly my W800 was stolen 2months after i got my W900 in a smash and grab,thank gudnes my W900 wasnt stolen i would have been even more mad since theres hardly any W900s here in South Africa. im loving the big smooth screen and quality, camera/video quality, mp3 player even thou it could be better, great sound quality, huge internal memory thats expandable, great to hold in my hand, and the fact that its just such a great phone to live with. W900 has made me just love SE

SE phone menus typify the ethos of simplicity. Still cant take my mind off the T630 (my first phone) design. Everything goes the way you'd imagine best. Right now i wont even exchange my w700 for even a nokia n95.

All Max said plus fantastic VFM and High spec devices available quickly and cheaply even on a PAYG basis.

well, SE really always amazed me, ever since the T226 wich I saw on the store and I just had to get it as my second phone (my first one was stolen, a Samsung). Luckily my dad was with me that day and so I got it. Those were great times, then the T630, and now ... the K750 wich is all I need really.
