It's a T and C of 3 that you will not use any phone that is not a 3 phone....
also worked in a sirocco for a few days...

True, but mine worked fine in my Samsung Z400 for a few days, I think so long as it's a UMTS phone they can't tell

Yeah i heard that if you are...for example...using a 3 k800i with a 3 sim and you switch the mode to just 2G rather than 3G and 2G then they ring you up anf state their T's & C's to you
