No it hasn't. Thats just branding. HD-Ready is a logo people think makes the TV HD and dont look at the specs. I think the HD ready logo refers to 720p and above.

It definately does'nt need a sticker on it saying HD Ready

My 32" £700 Panasonic dont have a HD sticker on but it quite clearly is......
