remember i had an samsung T100 (everything about that phone could be modified)
so for the alarm number. you can dail 911 or 112 without a simcard in your phone. With the Samsung T100 it was possible to change the 911/112 into a real mobile number to make free calls.
unfortuatly that didn't worked too long
but i believe the default alarm numbers are related to your phone location and maybe even FW (not shure)

112 doesnt work in all countries, but for sure in EU countries, its one of the conditions if you wanna join, jus ask the eastern block!

112 also works in the US.

112 is the official GSM emergency number. Says so in SE manuals...

When I try to call 112 the operator says Please call 117 for emergencies....also tried 911 999 the radio frequency already directed it to 117 but it just say to call 117

and nw automatically redirects 112 to the local emergency no...

yes it directs but the one who answer is an automated one
